When an easygoing Virginia teen is found murdered just hours after turning 18, his death sends shockwaves through his rural community. Investigators appeal to the public for information that may finally allow them to solve a puzzling cold case in this episode of Last Seen Alive.

George Harper III was indicated on first degree murder charges in relation to Brandon’s death in 2014, but the courts elected not to try him until / unless stronger evidence was located.
