Kathy Hobbs was 16-years-old in 1989, when she was abducted from her neighborhood in Las Vegas and murdered. Image source: Google Maps.Michael Lee Lockhart was a serial killer, known to target teenage girls, and is a strong suspect in regards to Kathy’s case. He was put to death in Texas in 1997. Neither he nor anyone else has ever been charged with Kathy’s murder.
